Behind The Design

Mashable is “the leading media company for the Connected Generation,” reporting on the importance of digital innovation and how it empowers and inspires people around the world. Mashable’s record 34 million unique visitors worldwide and 15 million social media followers are one of the most influential and engaged online communities.

Mashable selected 114 Fifth Avenue, a building that was undergoing renovations also by STUDIOS for their New York City headquarters. We recognized the need for continuous access to live media and technology, as well as ample enclosed meeting rooms for focused collaboration and heads-down working. The result is a vibrant, fluid sequence of open workstations, enclosed conference rooms, multipurpose/all hands spaces, and large “Mad Men” inspired private offices that double as conference/collaboration space.
